Rusted Tin Art Works
Keep your eye out for the exciting new Mural that will be constructed on the wall near the Canteen later this term.
We are excited to welcome Scott Rathman, a well respected Indigenous Artist who will work with a number of our upper primary students to come up with art ideas and concepts linked with our school values. He will then take the students ideas to develop a mural incoportating them and return to paint the mural on the wall before the end of term. This is an exciting project that will further add to making our school beautiful.
Scott has worked with a number of schools and you can check out some of his works in schools on the following link:

Bushfire Animal Fundraiser
Congratulations and thank you to some of our Upper Primary Students - Shae B, Maddi B, Lily S, Nicola, and Chrissy who came up with the idea, organised and ran a ‘sweets’ table to raise funds for the RSPCA injured animals Bushfire Relief fund.
The girls took the initiative to cook a range of sweet treats in their own time, and again personally in their own time made origami animals to sell in order to raise money for a worthy charity.
This is a wonderful example of our students giving back to the community and displaying our school disposition of being a ‘Global Citizen.’ Well done to you girls for raising an amazing $119.30 to support the injured animals, the volunteers and their recovery.
