CRÊPE DAYS

Tuesday 19 November & Thursday 21 November 2019

This year we have two crêpe days at WHPS. Crêpes are thin French style pancakes. Christophe Maréchal, a professional French crêpe maker, will be visiting the school on these mornings and every grade (both French and Mandarin students) will have the opportunity to purchase a freshly made crêpe with their choice of topping. All crêpes cost $5.

Students will still require their own lunch on the day.

The toppings are: ☺ au citron et sucre (lemon and sugar)

☺ à la confiture (jam)

☺ au miel (honey)

☺ au sirop d’érable (maple syrup)

☺ au chocolat (nut free chocolate)

Students are asked to bring their money on the day and to keep it safe until crêpe time.

Mr Maréchal will be serving crêpes from 8.30 am in the outdoor area so parents and older students can purchase a crêpe before school starts.

Languages Assembly and Dress Up Day is on Wednesday 20 November.

The Parade will commence soon after 9am on the basketball court (if the weather is fine) or in the Hall (if the weather is not good).
