School Assembly Friday 8/11
Parents/Carers, family and friends are invited to the Hackham East Primary School Assembly on Friday 8/11 from 9:00am in the Penney Unit. Chris Picton, MP - Member for Kaurna will be attending the Assembly for the Premier's Reading Challenge. Students who participated in the Premier's Reading challenge in 2019 will be acknowledged at the Assembly by Deb Scarff, SSO Library. Medals and certificates will be given to students in their classrooms at a later time.
You are invited to stay for a coffee/tea afterwards in the Penney Unit - Conference Room.

Dino-Mite Book Fair
Parents/Carers, family and friends are invited to attend the Book Fair in the Library on Wednesday 13/11, Thursday 14/11, Wednesday 20/11, Thursday 21/11 and Friday 22/11 from 3:00-3:45pm each day.
The theme for our Scholastic Book Fair is Dino-Mite, where we hope you will Stomp, Chomp and Read. It is a fun reading event that brings the books kids want to read right into our school. This is a wonderful opportunity to purchase books as a Christmas gift. We look forward to seeing you at the Book Fair. All purchases benefit our school.

Special Order School Photographs
Special Order Photographs are now available for viewing at the Front Office. These include Mess Up Photos of ALL classes, Year 6 and 7 Graduates Mess Up and Hackham East School Sports. Copies are $18 .00. Please collect an envelope from the front office to place your order. Payment can be made in the envelope using cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard.
Last day to place your order via the school is Thursday 14 November, Week 5. Orders after this date will need to be made directly to the photographers.

Applications need to be in before 22 November 2019.
Aberfoyle Park High School, IGNITE Information Evening
An Information Evening for students and parents interested in the Aberfoyle Park High School IGNITE program for 2021 will be held on Thursday 28/11 from 6:30-7:30pm.
IGNITE is a specialist program for students with high intellectual potential. Aberfoyle Park High School is the official Department for Education school for gifted students in the southern metropolitan area of Adelaide. Come along to learn more about the structure and philosophies of the program, characteristics of gifted learners and an overview of the selection process.
