Committee Meeting

Our next Committee Meeting will be our final meeting for the year and will be at James Squire (corner Jells & Ferntree Gully Roads) on Tuesday 3 December 2019 at 7.00pm.  Please let Fleur Craig know if you are coming along so she can book the table.

Sub-Way Day - Monday 25 November 2019

Our Sub-Way Day Fundraiser for this term will be on Monday 25 November 2019.  Thank you for supporting our Sub-Way Days this year.

Choc Top Day - Thursday 12 December 2019

Order forms for our Choc Top Day have been sent out to students.  Please return the order form with the correct money by Thursday 5 December 2019.  If you can help collate order forms and count money, or distribute the choc tops to students on the day please email us parents.association.whps@gmail.com.

Christmas Chocolate Raffle - drawn on Thursday 12 December 2019 at the Christmas Concert

Raffle tickets have been sent out to each student to sell prior to the Christmas Concert.  Please return sold tickets (right hand side) and the money collected to the school office by Monday 9 December 2019.  If you would like more tickets to sell please collect them from the office.
