Book Week this year was celebrated with the theme “Reading is My Secret Power”.  An author visit to Griffith City Library was attended by Year 7 students.  The author was Jeremy Lachlan, who was born and bred in Griffith and has written an award winning Young Adult fantasy novel called “ Jane Doe and the Cradle of all Worlds”.  To help celebrate Book Week, Marian Catholic College Staff once again embraced the theme in “secret power” costumes.
