FETE INFORMATION

UPDATE

Welcome back to Term 4, we hope you all had a great break.

There are only 6 weeks until the fete, so we need as much help as possible with:

Trash n Treasure & Books

Gather all your old toys, games, crockery, books, records and furniture that are in good reusable condition. Items can be dropped off into the school office.  Please note for safety reasons we are unable to take any electrical items.

Art and Craft

The Art and craft team are looking for helpers to contribute to the art and craft stall. Please contact Rebecca Dodd on 0439 332 796 if you would like to help out.

Lucky Jars

One of our most popular stalls, we are asking each child to donate a lucky jar for the lucky jar stall. To ensure we don’t run out so early we are asking families to please donate a lucky jar, items can include bouncy balls, hair elastics, pegs, lip gloss, nail polish, paper clips to name a few. We would appreciate if these could be brought to school by Friday 1st November.

Jam making

If you have the time and would like to try making some jams then jam jars and simple recipes are in the office available for collection.  If you are unable to get to school to collect the jars, contact us and we can make arrangements for them to be delivered to you.

Sunflowers

Sunflower Seeds ready for planting are being sold in school office for $1 a packet. All proceeds goes towards the fete.

Plant Stall

We are looking for donations of plastic pots (any size) and bags of soil to for our plant stall. Items can be left in the front office, or alternatively dropped off to Michelle Harrisons front door (Stall coordinator) at 20 Tweed St.

Volunteers

In the coming weeks we will be calling for volunteers to help with selling raffle tickets at Church and in the local community and to deliver flyers around Highett area. If you can assist in anyway please contact us.

Fete Fundraiser-Sushi Lunch

Great News The Sushi Lunches are back!

The next Sushi lunch is Friday 18th October.

Orders are due on Wednesday 16th October. Just complete the form and put cash in the P&F box. Order as many as you like.
