Unit 3, Yr 12 Food Studies 

The food studies class have been cooking up delicious Chicken Parmigiana and Roulades served with salad and a selection of potato options.

In this activity we have been focusing on methods of heat transfer, investigating nutritional value of foods and how macro nutrients are digested.
