Thank you for the Opportunity

On October 27, Tom Van Cooten, Maddy Swan and I went to accept our bursaries for the Science Talent Search, a state-wide science competition.  We went to La Trobe University where the ceremony was held and we had a look at other entries that had won awards. The ceremony was not until 12:30pm so we had about an hour in which we had some lunch and made our way to the theatre. At 12:30pm, the three of us parted ways as Maddy and I headed to the Odeon for our ceremony and Tom headed to his ceremony in the Eastern Lecture Theatre. We arrived at the Odeon and took our seats as we waited to be called up to accept our bursary prize. After the ceremonies ended, we headed back to school and each wrote a letter thanking our sponsors for the bursaries. We would like to thank La Trobe University, BHP Billiton and our science teacher, Miss Eliza Brown for the opportunity.
