Kitchen Garden


The F/1s had a great time in Kitchen Garden classes where they have been learning about edible seeds with a focus on sunflowers. Students created their own ‘deconstructed sushi’ last week with Linda using produce from the garden and a mixture of edible seeds.

 

 Students explored the pollination process through dressing up as pollinator insects and sunflowers and sharing pollen about the garden. Everyone had lots of fun !!

 It was wonderful to see our students back in the Kitchen Garden program !!
