ADMINISTRATION MATTERS
2021 SCHOOL FEES ARE NOW OVERDUE
If you believe that you may have difficulty in making this payment, please contact
Mr Lenaghan, as soon as possible.
DIRECT DEBITS
If you have a current direct debit, please be mindful that they are now ongoing. Direct Debits will only stop with a written request from the account holder. Also, it is the responsibility of each family to ensure that the direct debit amount is sufficient to cover the fees for next year.
2022 BOOK LISTS
Book Lists to be completed for each student and returned to the school office by:
Friday 26 November 2021
Library
This week will see the children borrowing for the last time this year. It has been so nice to see the children able to borrow a bit more consistently this year, even though there were a few stop starts. Children's borrowing has been fantastic during the year with books being borrowed, read and returned, library bags being used to help keep the large number of new books coming into the library protected and in good condition.
All junior school (Foundation, 1 and 2) will need to have books returned next week. Upper school (3, 4, 5 and 6) will be able to keep one novel for tub and home reading for one extra week. We will be checking lists during library time so children know which books they may still have at home, please help your children find these so we can have all books on the shelf ready for 2022. Happy reading everyone - Yolanda McVilly
ATTENTION
Scholastic Book Club Catalogues Issue 8 have arrived and have been sent home with the eldest in each family.
We have extended the closing dates for ordering so please now place your orders no later than
Friday 26th November 2021.
Any queries, please contact me on 0418 178 784.
Thanks, Simone Hay, Scholastic Coordinator

SCHOOL HATS
Children are required to wear their hats at school
They must leave their hats on the hooks at school at the end of each day. If hats are not brought to school children will be required to play in the shade.
ALL HATS NEED TO BE CLEARLY LABELLED.
WE ARE SUNSMART
When it comes to using sun protection, temperature isn't a good guide. You can’t see or feel UV but UV is the part of the sun that can damage skin and eyes and lead to skin cancer. SunSmart advises that Victoria’s UV levels start to rise from mid-August.
Please remind your child to pack their hat. For SunSmart information visit https://www.sunsmart.com.au/communities/parents
UNIFORM SHOP - APPOINTMENT ONLY
(Please note the Uniform shop will be closed Friday 26 November 2021)
Due to government restrictions our Uniform shop can only operate on an appointment basis. You can call our office at anytime to schedule an appointment on a Friday during Uniform shop hours. If you are unable to attend on Uniform day, Richelle will still be available to take your orders by phoning on a Friday during our uniform shop hours which are 10am - 12noon. From there you will place your order and payment will be made at that time. All orders will be packed and sent home each Friday with your child.
Alternatively, you can download the order form from our website or your PAM account via ‘knowledge bank’. Complete the form and send it with the correct money with your child or phone for payment on Friday.
If sizing is an issue, you are able to send clothing back (still with tags) and it will be swapped over for you...children are unable to be called up to office
to be sized for clothing anymore. We thank you for your cooperation.
