Admin Matters

Year 3 and 4 Camp

When: Monday 29th November to Wednesday 1st December

Where: Lady Northcote Camp

Departure Time: 9.30am (Students to arrive to school between 8.45 and 9.00am)

Return to School: Approximately 3pm

 

Cost: $290.00 per student 

Payment: Invoices have been emailed to all families. Please pay via BPay with your unique biller details displayed on the invoice. If you have a student in the Junior School who paid for swimming, a credit is available to use towards the camp. Please deduct this from your invoice total. 

 

All consent, updated medical information, dietary requirements and payment is due by Wednesday 24th November. 

 

Consent Required: Please login to the Sentral app to grant electronic permission for your child to attend.

Swimming Refunds

The Junior Swimming Program has unfortunately been cancelled and we were not able to rebook before the end of year. Families should have received an email last Friday asking them to provide bank details so that a refund can be processed for swimming. 

 

Please email your bank details including BSB and account number to teesdale.ps@education.vic.gov.au as soon as possible so that reimbursement can be arranged before the end of term. 

 

Families who have a year 3/4 student attending camp have also been sent a personal email advising you to use the $90 swimming credit towards the camp. The balance owing for camp would therefore be $200.

2022 Book Packs and Parent Payments

Book Packs and Parent Payments are currently being finalised for 2022. A Book Pack which includes stationery items, will automatically be ordered for each child. If this arrangement is not suitable for your child, please contact the school office by Friday 10th December, so that we do not order more than is required. 

 

With regards to payment for book packs and other contributions, payment is not required until January 2022. All parent payments and contributions can be made electronically by BPay. New families will be issued with a unique family BPay reference and this will be included in your Orientation Pack distributed on Tuesday 7th December. If your child is absent on the day, the pack will be posted to you or please contact the office to arrange collection.

 

Please note in previous years, the school has allocated a couple of days in January prior to the commencement of term, for parents to visit the school to make payments. Next year, the office will not be open prior to the commencement of term. If BPay is not an option for you, please contact the school office to make alternative arrangements. Your Book Box will be delivered to your child's classroom ready for the first day of school.
