Oh What a Knight
With lockdown, I thought it would be a good opportunity to rehearse on a google meet. I am in the process of creating a production 'class' (fingers crossed) and will invite students to join as soon as possible, the invitation should come to their email address.
This Tuesday at 1:30, on the google meet, I would like to rehearse the following characters:
The Black Knight
Ernie and Bernie Blackhead
The Black Knight's Guards (the Bad Girls)
Dusty the Dragon
I only want to rehearse for 45 minutes at the most (hoping for less). I'm not following the order of the script, as I want to give all students a quick go as soon as possible. It also gives me the opportunity to see how they are going with learning their lines and their acting.
For those students I still haven't seen (I haven't forgotten you), keep practising your lines so you know them from memory and have a go putting some actions with it. If your stuck for ideas, for actions, I will help you when I see you.
Open Night - 3/4 Ukulele and Choir Performances
Due to events out of our control, the students weren't able to perform at the Open Night. It was disappointing for the 3/4s and choir, as they had worked so hard leading up to the performance (even those who weren't performing did a great job in class). Never mind, we are a resilient bunch here at Anderson's Creek Primary and we will 'bounce back and forwards' and will endeavor to have them perform very soon.
