ANZAC Day Assembly

Anzac Day is a national day of remembrance in Australia and New Zealand that commemorates all Australians and New Zealanders "who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations" and "the contribution and suffering of all those who have served". Anzac Day was originally devised to honour the members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) who served in the Gallipoli Campaign, their first engagement in the Great War(1914–1918).

We would like to invite parents/carers to commemorate Anzac Day at our Senior School Assembly to be held on:

Date: Tuesday 23 April 2019

Time: 10.00am – 11.00am

Where: River Gum Performing Arts Centre

We invite you to join special guests and our student school leaders for tea and coffee after the Assembly.

If you would like to attend this Assembly please RSVP by calling the College Office on 8795 9400 or emailing  vanstan.fiona.l@edumail.vic.gov.au

Sports Peer Mentors 2019

It gives me great pleasure to congratulate the following students who have been selected to be Sports Peer Mentors this year. Sports Peer Mentors work with our local Primary Schools and assist in the organisation and umpiring of their interschool sporting program and other District and Division Competitions. This is an amazing opportunity for our students to develop their interpersonal skills and gain valuable experience. I know that they will be wonderful and respectful representatives for Hampton Park Secondary College.
