Family Time with 

Lilly & Nash

This fortnight we would like to introduce you to the Upton family.

The Upton's have been a wonderful part of our school for nearly 40 years with mum Jess attending back in the 1980s!  WOW!  Safe to say the Upton family know a lot about JPII, its history and the 'now' as they have grown up with the school and it has been a big part of their family life.

What is your favourite way to spend time with your family?

We love going camping and fishing in our caravan named Bob!

Number of students attending JPII and their grade:  

We have Lilly in Grade 6 and Nash in Grade 3

We have also had three other children who attended John Paul II in the past.

What made JPII your school of choice for your children and family?

John Paul was our school of choice because mum attended John Paul II as a child and we wanted our children to grow up in a Catholic environment.

What has your JPII experience been like for your children/family?

In our 15 years with our children attending at John Paul II we have come across some lovely teachers, Principals and office ladies. We have loved watching the school grow.

What is your child's favourite thing about coming to school?

Lilly - Maths and P.E.  Lilly also loves football.

Nash - loves to do P.E. and he also loves soccer and ninja

Jak - loves to do P.E. and playing football

Lastly, would you recommend JPII to other families?

'YES we would definitely recommend this growing school to others. I wish I had more children because when the day comes to leave it will be sad!' (Jess, mum).
