Tee ball
Yesterday we all got on a bus and went to Drouin for Winter Sports, where tee ball was being held. We put our bags under cover and got into two teams, Team A and Team B. We then played games against St Pauls, St Joseph’s and more. It was very wet and muddy, but we dealt with it. We won no games on Team A , but we gave it our best!

Mixed Netball
Yesterday all of the year 5-6’s went to a sport in either Drouin or Warragul for Winter Sports. Some went to netball, tee ball, soccer or footy. The netballers were in Warragul or Drouin. The Trafalgar netballers played against: Trafalgar B Team, St Paul’s mixed, St Jo’s B team and Warragul North. The other Trafalgar B team went really well, tried their hardest and we were really excited when they won their first game! Traf mixed team made it through to the next round and we were really happy. Only one out of the 4 schools made it to the next round! We are really excited and happy for the next round.

A Grade netball
I played A grade netball on Thursday for Winter Sports. We had to dress in all black or in our school uniform and hop on a bus with the footballers. We went to St Paul’s in Warragul and played netball against lots of different schools. It took up most of the day. We lost but it was still fun!

AFL Football
Yesterday we had winter sports and we played footy. There were four teams. We won one game sand lost three. Everyone was wet, muddy and cold, but it was fun! The last team we played was the hardest team. Then we hopped on the bus and went back to school. Mr Pullar was our coach and Mr Nicholls and Mrs Thorpe came with us too.

Soccer
We went to winter sports for soccer at Drouin . We needed to get 3-4 games won to move up to the next round. It was a very wet and cold day. It would rain on and off but we kept on going. The first game we had won was 12-0. our coach was Dennis. Our second game we won and we thought that we would make it to the next round but we got defeated. The next game was our last we had to win this one if we wanted a chance of getting to the next round. We started strong it was 0-0 then it was half time, then that's where we started to lose one after another. They got goals left right and centre until we lost it all 5-0. Sure we were upset but 2-4 is still good better than nothing.

On the night of Thursday 16th June, the 2022 midyear instrumental concert was held in the music room. It was a great night showcasing some of the amazing musical talent we have at Trafalgar Primary School. It was also a good chance for students to show off what they have been working so hard on every week in their instrumental lessons with their instrumental teachers. After not being able to run a concert for the last few years it was wonderful to be able to have a night that celebrated student achievements in music and the arts once again. Well done to all the students that performed on the night.
On Tuesday 8th June Trafalgar Primary School was visited by Dinosaurs from Melbourne Museum.
