BUNNINGS BBQ

Head down to Bunnings on Saturday, 23 July and grab a sausage and drink from the Year 6 students and parents as they fundraise for the Year 6 trip to Canberra. The barbecue will be running from 9.00am to 4.00pm. Gluten free and vegetarian options will be available. See you there!

SCHOOL PHOTOS

Individual, sibling and class photos will be taken on Monday, 25 July while special group photos will be taken on Friday, 29 July.  Students MUST wear correct school uniform: Logo Polo Shirt, Skorts, Shorts, Logo Check Dress, Black or White Sneakers, White Ankle Socks. This also includes hair accessories and jewellery in accordance with the Uniform Policy.

STAY, PLAY, LEARN

Stay, Play, Learn is a program that involves parents and children 0 to 5 years old from our community getting together to share some learning experiences and build connections. Stay, Play, Learn will be happening on the following Wednesdays: 24 August and 14 September. Please feel free to attend any or all of these dates. Meet in the hall after Worship. Worship commences at 8.30am.

SUBWAY

Subway lunches are still happening each Tuesday. 50 cents from each order is donated to the school. All orders need to be submitted to school by Monday afternoon. Parents/students are asked to place the cash and order forms in a sealed bag or envelope. There has been an increase to Subway order prices. Please ensure you are using the current order form. Order forms are available at Reception, on the Living Waters website or by clicking the link below. 

SENIOR CHOIR

Students in Years 4-6 have the opportunity to join the school choir. Auditions will be held on Tuesday, 26 July during Break 1 in the Performing Arts Room. Students may sing a song of their choice for 30 – 60 seconds. For those students unsure of what to sing the Worship song “Oceans” will have lyrics displayed on the TV. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dy9nwe9_xzw . Students will be required to sing solo, but can have friends/support in the room if they want.

LOST PROPERTY

We have many items of lost property at Reception, including jumpers, hats and water bottles. If you think something could be yours please come and have a browse. Parents and carers are reminded to please label their child’s clothing so items can be returned to them. 

UPDATE YOUR DETAILS

Have you changed your address, phone number or job lately? It is important for us to have the correct information on students. If ANY of your details have changed please email yvette.valentine@ntschools.net with the current information.

BOOK CLUB

Book club catalogues went home this week and are due back on Friday, 5 August. If you order through LOOP you have the opportunity to receive free books.
