Employee of the Month (June 2022)

A huge congratulations to Jannet Tapumanaia for being selected as our Employee of the Month for June! 

Jannet has always volunteered in special events with a positive attitude and never says no.

Well done Jannet and thank you for your hard work and dedication!

T3 Dining Feast on the last day of Term 2

"T3 Dining" is a new concept where we bring together the excellence of the T3 Cafe Team together with the elegance of delivering restaurant-quality food at a commercial scale.

On the last day of Term 2, the Cafe Team was involved in an all-day service where they prepared cultural foods to feed the entire school. The team prepared a different menu for lunch and recess including Chinese Beef Dumplings, Vietnamese Pork Stir Fry, Portuguese Tarts and Korean Fried Chicken. Enough food was prepared to serve 200 customers and this was served as a full buffet in front of the school hall. 

We also had a beverage station setup where our famous T3 Milkshakes were served.

We have received tremendous feedback from both staff and students from this event. I am extremely proud of the team for what they have achieved. 

Look forward to what the team will bring to you in the form of "T3 Dining" in the future...

Coffee Service on Staff Development Day

A huge thank you and well done to Ambros Del Rosario, Krishi Patel and Rebecca Ikenasio from our Cafe Team for coming in to school on Staff Development Day to serve coffees for staff!
