Year 9 – My Career Insights (Morrisby Profiling)

During Term 2 Year 9 students have participated in the My Career Insights (Morrisby) programme, first by completing an online profiling assessment where strengths, abilities and interests are identified and then followed up with a face to face interview with an external qualified career councillor. 

This programme provides students with valuable insights into which subjects they may be best suited to and possible future career pathways. Students can access Morrisby to not only support their next educational step but they also have lifelong access to the Morrisby Career Insight platform to manage career changes as students mature and their interests and occupations change. Morrisby Careers Insights is another key component in the DSC career education programme for our Middle School students. 

Students who are yet to complete their profiling are able to complete the profiling anytime and have the results printed. Students who have completed their profiling but are yet to have an interview will be given the opportunity to discuss their assessment in August. Students will be notified through Compass of their upcoming Morrisby interview times.
