Request for Ideas and Or Help:

We have a grass slope that runs between our senior playground and our two basketball courts. In winter and spring, it is muddy, slushy and slippery. Muddy water runs down it onto our courts - some onto our astroturf court (which is a real problem).

Children also run down it in their hurry to get to the court and play. This can lead to falls and spills, and lots of mud tracked onto the turf.

We have thought about maybe trying to create tiered grass 'steps', or a retaining wall and drain and backfill. With all the projects we have done lately, we are low on funds.
