Hi families

What a night Tuesday night was! CHAPS requested the sun to shine and the rain to stay away and it worked ;) We also requested to put on a Sausage Sizzle for our families. And we did.

So time for some Thank Yous! To our BBQ Queen Danielle for organising another BBQ for our school, and all the hard work it takes leading up to the event.

To Lydia and Giulia for manning the tables on the night as well. And to An and some CHAPS members hubbies who also jumped in to help when things got busy.

We also want to thank Kim (our groundsman), and Elijah, an ex-CHPS student who helped us set up for the night, as well as helping us at the end.

To the teachers who came down to help us pack up, you guys are all wonderful humans and we appreciate everything you do. So thank you!

And lastly, a massive thank you to our families who support us with these fundraisers, as well as being patient on the night and having a laugh with us. We truly appreciate it.

Okay, now on to the LAST Bunnings BBQ fundraiser for 2023. We are lucky to have been offered the date of December 17th, and while we know that it is the weekend before Xmas, we are hoping our families can help out on the day. Now, for those that would love to help, but can't physically, we have a way you can help!

We have been fortunate to have a portion of our sausages donated from Coles, but we still need to purchase another 40kgs. Along with onions, bread, foil trays, sauces and slabs of soft drinks.

If you can help in this way, even if it is just a few dollars, it will keep our overheads down and profits for our school, high.

We have a list of the quantity of items we need, so please contact Danielle at chaps@croydonhps.vic.edu.au or message via facebook if you are wanting to help in this way! That way we can ensure we don't get too many of one thing and not enough of another.

We STILL have 6 families who have been contacted, but have yet to pay for the Cadbury Chocolates that they took home. We need payment to be made ASAP, as we need to close off this fundraiser. You can either send in the envelope with cash/EFT details or hop on Compass.
