Principal's Message

Swimming

Today is the final day of a very successful swimming program and everyone involved is to be commended on their participation and contribution. Transporting nearly 500 students each day for 10 days is a significant undertaking that requires considerable planning and organisation and we are fortunate to have staff and adult helpers who facilitate this. I trust that your child(ren) enjoyed the program and found it valuable.

Carols on the Green

I have mentioned on a few occasions the impact of the newly introduced Time in Lieu (TiL) component of the Victorian Government Schools Agreement. One of the implications of TiL is the necessity to modify the delivery of some ‘out of hours’ school events. 

In 2022, Carols on the Green will be held adjacent to the school day, from 3.45 - 4.45pm on Tuesday December 6th. Members of the school community are very welcome to bring a picnic blanket and their singing voices to what is always a very enjoyable event.

End of Year arrangements

Please note the following end of year arrangements:

Thursday December 8th: 3.00pm Whole School Assembly to farewell Wendy Scott

Friday December 16th: 2.30pm Final Assembly

Tuesday December 20th: 1.30pm dismissal (no assembly)

2023 - Pupil Free Days

Please note the following Pupil Free Days have been approved by School Council for 2023:

• Monday January 30th 
• Tuesday June 13th 
• Friday July 28th 
• Monday November 6th

**Students commence on Tuesday January 31st.
