YEAR 6 FAMILIES
It’s that time of year when we farewell our year 6’s and some of our families. We wish them all the best.
Some families exiting Ocean Grove Primary School have received Information home, either that they are in credit and need a refund or a statement detailing any outstanding fees. Could you please make sure your account is finalised and refund requests sent back as soon as possible.
BOOKLISTS
You should have received information about the booklists and voluntary funds for 2023. The details are also on our website. WINC booklists close for free delivery for orders placed on before 20th December 2022. You can just pay for your booklist items, or voluntary fees, or do both through WINC. Voluntary fees can also be paid at any time during the year as well or you can part pay as the amount are a suggestion (some based on what we have paid).

PARENT PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS/BOOKLISTS 2023
Booklist information including voluntary financial contributions are now ready for next year. You will have received an email through Sentral for current families and Seesaw for future families with links to the Parent Payment Arrangements 2023. STATEMENTS
Statements were sent home in the last two weeks. There has been a bit of confusion around them with credits showing as a negative figure ( - ). If your statement has a minus next to the totals at the bottom of the statement (see below) it means you have credit that can be spent on future invoices. This can be kept on your account for the following year or refunded if needed. If you’re unsure, make contact with the office on 5255 1340 as we’ll be happy to explain.
Sentral- Explain Unexplained Absences
Dear Families,
As there are a number of unexplained absences on Sentral we ask that you please go onto the Sentral app and update your child/ren absences if necessary.
