MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM DUNHELEN

Dunhelen students decorating gingerbread people this week to celebrate

 the end of the year.

I congratulate all the students who achieved academic, encouragement and colour awards this week. It is so pleasing to see students excel and strive to achieve. Dunhelen applauds you all.

Thank you to the Dunhelen community for another wonderful year.  A very big thank you to all the Dunhelen homeroom teachers of 2022. They are dedicated and wonderful teachers and their work is very much appreciated.

I would like to extend my greatest thanks to Mr Tassie Eleftheriou (Assistant Head – Year 7), Ms Sherry Sadler (Assistant Head - Year 8) and Mr Michael Patchell (Assistant Head – Year 9) for their tireless devotion and unquestioning support. Their assistance has benefited both teachers and students.

2023 will bring a lot of exciting change to Dunhelen and I wish the new staff and students all the best. It will be another fast moving, yet productive and rewarding year. To the Year 9 students heading up into Brookhill: we wish you well and hope that your senior years at school are enjoyable and bring you whatever it is you desire.

From Mr Patchell, Mr Eleftheriou and myself, we want to say thank you to all of you. Our time at Aitken College has brought about many memories and moments which we will remember fondly.

May you all enjoy a wonderful holiday surrounded by loved ones and may the spirit of Christmas be with you all.
