Newcastle CBD

Welcome to Festival X – a unique celebration from the School of Creative Industries at the University of Newcastle. We have a slogan of sorts here: that ‘we love what we do, and we do what we love’ and there’s nothing we enjoy more than sharing the extraordinary work of passionate people. It’s a chance to see what’s at the cutting edge of creative technology, talk to the creative practitioners of the future, and wander between experiences in the heart of our beautiful city. X marks the spot.
