The generosity of our families allow students to have these amazing opportunities to meet new people and make new friends.

Congratulations also to Emily Meehan who received a Year Leaders Award for her continued application to her studies.

Year 10 English

Year 10 English - In small groups, Mrs Parry's 10 English were given primary sources to analyse, in order to build hypotheses around the context of their novel "To Kill a Mockingbird". These were then shared with their peers, followed by a reflection writing activity.

Food Technology

Students are preparing a range of multicultural foods in our unit, investigating the development of the Australian cuisine. They will be designing some fusion foods and will be setting up a multicultural food van event later in the term.

Design & Technology

Some happy faces from Year 7.3 after completing their tie-dyed drawstring bags for Technology. The students worked really hard to develop effective sewing machine skills and fabric decoration techniques. They also learned about tools and equipment needed to get the job done and they researched fibres that are useful in our contemporary society. Good job Year 7.3.
