Fast Track & KM Club

Fast Track

This term in Fast Track we have continued to enjoy our theory and practical sessions. We had specialised coaching staff from Rugby Victoria come and work with us over a four sessions where we learnt so much about technique, positioning, game sense and teamwork. All our theory classes were based on the structure and function of the respiratory system and how that links in with our cardiovascular system. Our practical sessions have related to our theory and we have been working on our sport specific skills and our fitness levels. We have continued to develop our leadership skills by assisting with song dance and drama night and running activities for the health and wellbeing expo. Overall it’s been a great year and we look forward to more exciting experiences next year.
