Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund
The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) will run over four years 2015-2018 and provide funds for eligible students to assist with the cost to attend camps, sports and excursions.
Families holding a valid Health Care Card or Pension card (valid means-tested concession card) or temporary foster parents are eligible. New families to The Lakes South Morang P-9 School need to apply at the office before 28th February 2018.
If you have already applied at The Lakes you do not need to re-apply each year, unless you receive a new Health Care Card or Pension Card. Parents new to the school this year will need to reapply at our school, as applications do not transfer from one school to another.
$125 per year will be paid for eligible primary school students directly to the school and be tied to the student. CSEF has very strict guidelines and cannot be used for iPad payments or Curriculum Charges.
Belongings, Ambulance & Insurance
Private Property brought to school by students, staff or visitors is not insured and the Department of Education does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage.
Parents are reminded that the Department of Education does not provide personal accident insurance or Ambulance cover for students. Parents and guardians of students, who do not have student accident insurance/ambulance cover, are responsible for paying the cost of medical treatment for injured students, including the cost of ambulance attendance/transport and any other transport costs.
Instrumental Music
A reminder to students who have been enrolled in the Instrumental Music Program that the Semester one payment is due to the Middle Years office before lessons can commence. If you have any queries regarding this please call Andrew Rogers or Alina Agaronyan on Middle Years campus.
