With your younger siblings now back at school, why not make them (and yourselves) a delicious after school snack!  Apricot Bliss Balls are super easy to make. They have 3 ingredients, require NO cooking & are healthy and delicious.

Apricot Bliss Balls

Ingredients

1 cups desiccated coconut

2 cups dried apricots

3 tablespoons honey

1 extra tablespoon coconut for rolling

Method

In a food processor add all (except the extra coconut)  

Blitz until combined

The mixture should be mushy and sticky

Remove mixture from the processor, be careful of the blade when doing so

Tip mixture out onto a chopping board 

Roll bite size balls of the mixture 

Roll each balls into the extra coconut

They are now ready to eat-YUM!
