School Sport Victoria (SSV) - Virtual Cross Country

After the success of many schools running their own virtual cross country, just like we did at Boroondara Park, School Sport Victoria have decided to run their own event. Currently all school sporting events have been postponed, so this is a great way to stay active. All information for the event can be found on the School Sport Victoria website.

When submitting your results, you can find our school list under the Eastern Metropolitan Primary region.

Good luck!

This week in PE......

Our wonderful students are currently working on the following skills in PE.

Foundation - Overarm Throwing and Catching

Year 1 - Throwing and Catching

Year 2 - Basketball Skills (Dribbling and Passing)

Year 3/4 - Skipping (with a rope)

Year 5/6 - Skipping (with a rope)

Our Year 3 - 6 students will be given access to a variety of different skipping challenges that they can practise at home during our unit. It is vitally important that all students are practising PE skills at home. After all, it takes 100 hours to master just one skill. If you are ever after any resources or activity ideas, don't hesitate to ask.
