BREAD MAKING
Whilst some of the cohort have been away on camp, the rest of the Year 9 Food Studies classes have been mastering the art of breadmaking.
Whilst learning about the chemical reactions that take place to assist in rising, the theory behind the prove and ‘punch-down’, students were then allowed to let their creative juices flow to produce a loaf, or rolls, of their own creation.
The students did a great job and would make any bakery proud.
