Interact Club Tree Planting Day - Student Report

Tree planting day was a remarkable event that brought together individuals, communities, and schools to help refurnish our beautiful world.

The day was filled with enthusiasm, dedication, and a shared commitment to create a greener and more sustainable future.  

The day started early, where, in the morning we gathered at EDSC and drove up to the planting area. Volunteers of all ages, from children to seniors, arrived. Each group was assigned a specific area to work on, ensuring that the entire site would benefit from our effort. With care, we dug and planted till morning tea. Following this, we continued to plant, we then ended the day with a sausage sizzle until we drove back to school.  

Tree planting served as a powerful reminder of the potential for positive change when individuals come together with a common purpose. It demonstrated that by taking action, one tree at a time, we can make significant impact on the environment and create a more sustainable future.
