Outside School Hours Care

Please note our usual OSHC service is not currently operating. Once school resumes, here is a reminder of how to access the service.

 

If you use the service on a casual basis, please send an email or text to link you to the My Lounge service. From term 2, all casual bookings and cancellations need to be made via the online booking tool.

Booking Procedure

Casual Bookings

Please use the Qikkids website or the My Family Lounge App.

 If your child needs to be advised they are attending OSHC in the afternoon, please contact the office so a message can be forwarded to the classroom.

 

Permanent Bookings

Please email  your booking details to oshc@teesps.org 

 

Cancellations

Due to the higher number of bookings, cancellation fees will apply if you do not cancel your booking. Particularly on days where we are near or at capacity, if we don't receive notification of a cancellation, this prevents others from using the service. Please remember to cancel when you don't require the service to avoid being charged. You can cancel either by email, text, or via the My Family Lounge app.

 

Morning bookings must be cancelled before 7:30am on Qikkids or by text to our mobile and afternoons by 2:30pm. 

 

Effective from 1 March, cancellation fees will apply  if you do not cancel by the above times. If your child is absent from school for any reason, please also cancel your OSHC booking.
