Remote Learning

What a fantastic start to Remote Learning. The Junior School teachers have been very impressed with their student’s dedication to their learning. It has been great to catch up via Google Meet with our students each day and puts a smile on our face!

Check out some of the work that has been completed over the last 4 days.

We have focused on the /f/ phoneme (sound). After reading a mentor text students made the main character from the book and covered his wings in the letter Ff.

Students have also been practicing writing lower case letters that sit within the same third of our writing lines. These are the letters a, c, e, I, m, n, o ,r ,s ,u ,w and x. They are called ‘grass’ letters.
