Join our PTO

Hello Glenview Families!

I hope you all are enjoying your summer! With just over a month before school starts back, I wanted to send you some important information to help you save time regarding paying fees and receiving your child's schedule early. 

 

If you join our PTO you will be able to pay fees and receive your child's schedule early. I encourage you to do this in order to avoid the LONG lines at Open House/Registration. We will offer the online payment option again this year; however, a $2 service charge will be added. In order to take advantage of these offers you must:

  1. Join our PTO.
  2. Complete Gateway Registration.
  3. Pay all current and past due fees.
  4. If your address has changed, we will need two proofs of residence (ONLY IF IT HAS CHANGED).

If you are interested in the online payment option, please email me at LaceyCouncill@anderson5.net and complete the PTO Sponsorship form (required), along with the Yearbook form (if you want to purchase one), Booster Club form (if you want to join). Also, if your student is enrolled in Chorus, Strings, or Band, they must have a concert performance shirt and you will need to complete the Performing Arts form and purchase a shirt (**the shirt is the same as last year, so if a student already has the shirt they do not need to buy another one).

Once I verify you have completed the registration, I will then send you a link to pay your fees. After the fees are paid I will scan a copy of your child's schedule to you as soon as they are available; typically around August 1.

 

Please note, if you do not choose this option you will have to wait until August 16th (7th and 8th grades) or August 18th (6th grade) to receive their child’s schedule and pay fees. Again, I want to encourage you to join our PTO and take advantage of this opportunity to avoid long lines at Open House/Registration. Our PTO is amazing and helps our school so much each year! This is our only fundraiser each year so we don't ask you to sell cookies, wrapping paper, or other items.
