T-DAP Vaccination

All students entering 7th Grade are required to have their T-DAP Vaccination shot. Please provide proof of this vaccination by e-mailing the form to Nurse McCall (lisamccall@anderson5.net), faxing the form to 864-716-3883, or dropping the form off at Glenview (M-Th 8:00 - 11:30 or 1:00 - 3:00). 

Bus Transportation

In preparation for the 2019-2020 school year, the Anderson School District Five  Transportation  Services is requiring that ALL (new & returning)  bus riders complete a Student Transportation Request Form to ensure that your child is routed and assigned to the closest bus stop available. Failure to complete this form for any student may result in delayed transportation eligibility and ridership. 

Please do not fill out this form if your student will not ride the school bus on a consistent basis. Once bus routes have been stabilized, the practice is to remove students from bus rosters if they do not ride the bus for 5 consecutive days. 

If you move or need to change your pick up and/or drop off address after completing this request, please visit the Transportation website to fill out another bus request.
