Icy Pole Fridays

Every Friday, all students can purchase an icy pole at lunchtime for ONLY $1. Students simply need to line up, pay for, and collect their icy poles from the designated areas. 

We thank you in advance for your support with this fundraiser AND may the icy poles bring on the sunny weather!

Loose Change Drive – Commences start of Term 4, ends Thursday 1st December. 

“Pretty much everyone has a handful of loose change just hanging around at home.  Why not give those lonely coins a purpose and send them along to school with your child?  Each class competes to see who can raise the most money from the start of term 4 until the end. At the end of the drive, the funds are collected for the school and the winning class will be awarded a pizza lunch.”

In each class, there is a money jar for students to add their coins. At the conclusion of the event, the P&F will count the TOTAL money raised per class and announce the winning group. Children are welcome to contribute as little OR as many COINS as they like, daily OR weekly… There are no rules… so Start Collecting AND Good Luck to Each Class!

Pizza & Pasta Family Night – Sat15th Oct – TICKETS EXHAUSTED

This event has been a long time coming AND we are really looking forward to it finally arriving!  If you purchased tickets to this event, your tickets are still valid.  This a reminder that refunds for this event are no longer available as catering has been finalised and paid for. We thank you for your understanding.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE EVENING

• The cost for the evening includes pizza, lasagna/pasta, salad and a mini doughnut dessert platter.
• Food will be delivered at 7 pm, table numbers will be called up for food service.
• BYO drinks (including water, soft and hard beverages).
• BYO any nibblies/snacks.
• Cutlery, cups and napkins will be supplied.
• The entrance can ONLY be accessed via the hall doors from the church car park.
• Children are the responsibility of parents/guardians in attendance, not the attending staff.
• Upon arrival, please check your table number on the list provided at the entrance, then sit at your allocated table.
• The P&F would also greatly appreciate your assistance in packing up / cleaning up at the end of the evening (folding up and stacking of chairs/tables, removal of rubbish).
• Lastly, HAVE FUN and DANCE the night away 😊

Christmas Carol Night – Thursday 15th December

To finish off the year, the P&F invites you and your family to attend the end of year Christmas Carols Night. The evening will commence at 5:30 pm, with carols at 7 pm, followed by an 8:30 pm finish.  At the event, there will be Christmas craft activities, simple entertainment, the annual Christmas raffle, and a sausage sizzle.  We recommend you BYO ‘other food’ and non-alcoholic beverages, a picnic rug and/or chairs for seating. More details to follow in the coming weeks.
