Congratulations

Congratulations to our aerobics team on outstanding performances at the FISAF National Competition in Brisbane on the weekend.  We had 5 teams medal and all teams presented themselves extraordinarily well.  Congratulations!

All Sorts were awarded a judges Spirit Award for their performance.

Visit by an Olympian

Today the Year 5 and 6 students had a special visit from Rhydian Cowley, former SSPS student and now Olympic Athlete.  Rhydian spoke to the students about his achievements and experiences as an Australian Athlete, starting in little athletics through to his Olympic performances as a Race Walker - his best being 8th at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.  He answered questions and then presented a bear and Olympic singlet to the students.

After School Coding

Kids Unlimited is running an after school coding program on Thursdays in Term 4.  Spots are limited so book your child in here.

Smile Squad - Dental Appointments

Due to the building works which are soon to begin, the Smile Squad dental check-ups will have to be conducted at Link Health and Community in Clayton.

A team member from Smile Squad will ring you to arrange an appointment if you have returned a consent form.

Alternatively, you can ring the clinic on 1300 552 509 to arrange a dental appointment for your child. Please advise at the time of calling that your child is part of Smile Squad.
