Fete Update- 4 weeks to go!!!
FAMILY DONATIONS
The boxes in the office are starting to fill up with your generous donations! Thank you to all of those who have started to drop off lucky jars, chocolates and wine/beer. Keep them coming :)
Just a reminder with the lucky jars that they should be a larger size if possible - approximately 500ml to ensure consistency and to the value of around $5 (which is the cost of the lucky jar lucky dip). If reusing food jars, please soak off labels and ensure the jar is clean. You might like to include: small stationery items, squishy balls/fidgets, wrapped chocolates/sweets, hair accessories, nail polish, small toys, yo yo’s, bath products, jewellery, stickers and general items children like. There are some example jars in the office if you are looking for some inspiration.
RAFFLE TICKETS
Raffle tickets were sent home last week. Please ask at the office if you require more books.

VOLUNTEERS
We will be setting up an online roster via the “Sign-up” platform next week so keep an eye out. Here you will be able to see which stalls and shifts we still require assistance with on the day.
In the meantime, we are looking for some volunteers to help with delivering flyers to houses in our local area. If you love walking then this is a job for you! Please email us at stagnesschoolfete@gmail.com if you are able to help out.
It is definitely going to be a very busy few weeks ahead, however the effort will be worth it to put on this wonderful event for the school, the kids and the wider Highett community.
