PARENTS & FRIENDS NEWS 

Tuesday 1st March – Shrove Tuesday

The P&FC (plus helpers) will be preparing pancakes for the students as part of Shrove Tuesday celebration.  There will be some toppings to go on the pancakes such as butter, jam, syrup, lemon and sugar.  Instead of each class cooking their own pancakes in the classrooms, we will be preparing them on the BBQ. 

Please contact your classroom teacher and provide an alternative if your child has an allergy, or you do not wish for your child to participate.  This year we will be offering a GF pancake option.

Donations of lemons are needed.  If you have a lemon tree at home and can spare a couple, please drop them off at the school office. 

If you can help out on the morning of the 1st, please contact Sally on 0412 243 738. 

 We will start setting up & cooking shortly after the morning bell; with each class coming out one at a time.  Helpers must have a current WWCC, have signed the Code of Conduct form and be fully vaccinated.

SCHOOL PICNIC- Friday February 25th  

St Agnes' Welcome Picnic

Friday 25th February

5-8pm

Pack a picnic rug and/or some chairs and join us back at school for a get together.

Sit back and enjoy some live music; whilst the children have an extended play with their classmates.

Why not grab some dinner from one of Highett's local eateries?  

This will be a great chance for us all to have a relaxed catch up and meet new families.  

We look forward to seeking you on the night.

Icy Poles 

Warm weather means Icy Pole lunch time sales return each Monday and Wednesday lunchtime and Friday after school during Term 1 and 4 . 

Cost: 50c Zooper Dooper or $1 Icy Pole

We need some additional helpers on the lunch time roster and if you have 30 minutes on a Monday or Wednesday please contact myself. 

Parent helpers at school need a WWC as well as be double vaxxed. All helpers need to check in at the office and have your Vax certificate sited by Shannon or Naomi.
