Victorian Café of Applied Lattes

From the  VCAL Class

Victorian Café of Applied Lattes

The VCAL café, although difficult in the beginning, was fun to run. Trying to figure out how to make a café function was the biggest challenge for us, but with time, research and practice we slowly understood all the elements that go into setting up a business. The café taught us a lot of valuable skills we can use in future such as good customer service skills and organizational skills. We also learnt how to make delicious food like cookies (the most popular), cheesecakes, burgers, soups, pasta, cakes, and of course the coffees (much appreciated by Ms Rossini who gave us a 10/10).

We would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Price, who supervised our work, the kitchen staff for their assistance and to Ms Rossini, Mr. Bayley and Ms Lazarus for their support.
