Many Grade five and six students from Kingsbury Primary School and all of our Year 7 students paid honour to the gallant heroics of Bruce Kingsbury and the 2/14th Battalion during World War 2. We were visited by many honoured guests for this service.
The audience heard poems and stories read out by current Year 7 students and a wonderful insight by Kingsbury Primary school captains who shared their Anzac Day experiences with the 2/14 Battalion in the Anzac Day march earlier this year.
