STUDENT DESTINATIONS

Parents are requested to inform our Enrolment Registrar, Mrs Tracy Aston taston@sjcmda.vic.edu.au in writing at the earliest opportunity if their son or daughter is intending to leave the College at year’s end. This is critical to ensure our records and planning for 2020 is accurate. As per our fee policy (point 13.3) a minimum of one term’s notice (i.e.) 10 weeks in writing is required advising the College the student is exiting. In absence of such notice, a term’s fees will be required.

HAVE YOUR CONTACT DETAILS CHANGED?

Are we able to immediately contact the correct person in case of emergency? If your contact details have changed, it is important to inform college reception reception@sjcmda.vic.edu.au as soon as possible. It is also essential that the College is informed of any medical conditions your child may have to prevent exposure to potentially harmful situations and to ensure that the correct procedures are followed during a medical emergency.
