How to help your child transition to Secondary School - with Dr. Justin Coulson

Clayfield College invites parents to an evening on how to help your child transition to Secondary School with Dr. Justin Coulson.

It’s a big change for children when they move from primary to high school. Change is never really easy. And moving from the comfort and warmth of a small primary school to a big impersonal high school is a major change for students. But if we recognise the challenges, we can help prepare our kids and ease the transition.

Australia’s number one parenting writer, Dr Justin Coulson, reveals his tips on how to make the transition easier. Dr. Coulson is the co-host and parenting expert on Channel 9's "Parental Guidance", the founder of happyfamilies.com.au, and one of Australia’s most trusted parenting experts.

We understand there will be inevitable disappointment; however, trust that you will understand our reasons for taking this course of action, especially given the interactive nature of this event.
