From the Principal

I extend my congratulations and thanks to everybody who contributed to the magnificent success of “Jazz on the Green” last Sunday. I especially acknowledge Angela Lockyer, Karen Gordon and Tim Opstelten who led the coordination team, staff, students, Parents and Friends, Old Collegians Association, Clayfield College Foundation, College Council and many others.  It was a tremendous showcase of the College and our community spirit.

Uniform Changes

I wanted to provide a more comprehensive update on the process of uniform changes, specifically about the availability and continued use of the current uniform and its individual components.

The main points to note are:

• The new uniform will be available for purchase in January 2023, prior to the commencement of Term 1 (exact date to be advised); 
• Only the academic uniform is changing at this stage. All sports and other uniforms, including the tracksuit, will continue, and be reviewed in 2023 for possible changes;
• The current uniform can be used in its entirety until the end of 2025;
• The current blazer can be used by current Year 7 to 11 students for the remainder of their time at the College, including wearing it with the new uniform; and
• Individual components of the current uniform can still be purchased (subject to stock availability) until the end of Term 1, 2023.
