ESC Sport Update

Senior Boys' Netball
The Senior Boys' Netball team advanced to the Northern Metro Region playing their games at NETS Stadium. On the day they played three games, winning two out of the three. They beat SEDA College and Glenroy College but unfortunately lost to Montmorency Secondary College.
The boys represented the schools’ values and were outstanding on the day. Well done boys!

Senior Boys' Table Tennis
The Senior boys' table tennis played in the Whittlesea Division tournament earlier this term, winning all their games. This put them through to the Northern Metropolitan Region where they were outstanding and made it through to the grand final. Unfortunately, after some tough games, they came runners up so will not go onto the state round. Well done boys!

Senior Boys' Basketball
The boys’ basketball team played in the Whittlesea Division competition playing some very competitive games of basketball. They came up against some extremely strong teams and beat Thomastown Secondary College and Hazel Glen College but unfortunately lost to Mernda Central and Whittlesea Secondary College. This placed them 3rd overall, well done boys!

Inter Boys' Rugby
The Inter boys’ rugby team had an early start for the regional tournament, after winning their division tournament. They went off to Box Hill and represented the school and the school values tremendously. Unfortunately, they did not win on the day but they enjoyed the day none the less.

School Sport Victoria has been holding try outs for the U12 State Australian Football Team and they have now announced their team.
We would like to send a huge congratulations to Deon Luttrell from Epping Secondary College who is very talented and has made the State team.
