Vegetarian Lasagne Cups
Ingredients
- Vegetarian lasagne sauce (tinned tomatoes, seasonal veggies, oregano, minced garlic etc.)
- Puff pastry or fresh lasagne sheets (gluten free option available)
- Mozzarella cheese
- Bechamel sauce
Procedure
Step 1. Grease a muffin tray with canola spray.
Step 2. Place puff pastry or lasagne sheets in the muffin tray.
Step 3. Put approximately 2 tablespoons of vegetarian lasagne sauce in each pastry cup.
Step 4. Put 1 teaspoon of bechamel sauce in each pastry cup.
Step 5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on each pastry cup.
Step 6. Cook in oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until pastry and cheese are golden brown. Take out of the oven and let it cool down until safe enough to eat. Enjoy!
