Fishing at the Res

Next Thursday the 15th of June, we will again be running fishing clinics at the Macedon Res for the grade 3/4 students (split in 3 sessions). We are in need of helper available between 11:30-1:00.

Fishing knowledge is a bonus but definitely not essential! If you are able to join us, please let the office or Mr O know. (Please make sure you have a valid working with childrens check sighted by the office.)

Bonus points if you're a detangling and knot untying expert!

The Foundation to year 2's will be coming down for a look also, the rough timetable is:

11.20 - 3/4BM leave school to get down to the Res

11.30 – 3/4BM will arrive at the Res and do half hour fishing session

11.50 – 3/4VW leave school to get down to the Res

12 Noon – 3/4BM leave the Res, 3/4VW arrive and begin their fishing session

12.20pm – 3/4MS leave school to get to the Res

12.30pm – 3/4VW leave the Res, 3/4MS arrive and begin their fishing session

1PM – 3/4MS leave the Res to return to school for lunch.

The Foundation to grade 2's will come down to watch some fishing during the session between 11.30 and 1pm.

Finally, if your child has gumboots it might be wise to pack them in their bag as it is likely to be very muddy!
