Dear Parents/Guardians,
Deep Gratitude.
Thank you to all those wonderful parents who responded to my call for morning tea donations for the grandparents. Love is the essential ingredient for any family food, and I am sure there were large doses in every offering! I have been blown away by your generosity and I loved seeing all the photos coming in of grandparents who couldn't join us this week.
Book Covering - special invitation to Kindy parents to come and help me and our lovely librarian, Monny, contact all the books the grandparents have bought.
Time: Tuesday 19th June at 1.30 pm. Coffee and Cake provided!
The Angelus
The eldest in each family has been given a little prayer card today for each of your families but also refer to the attached PowerPoint below as it explains what the prayer is all about and can be used at the dinner table. I would love you to share a photo if you can of the family praying the Angelus at home.
Youth Mass and Dinner this Sunday. (and great for those families who have Sunday morning sport) All are invited to the Sunday Youth Mass this weekend. I will not be able to attend this week as I will away celebrating my own mother's 90th birthday but if you have never been to this Mass, I can guarantee it is a lovely way to start the week.
If you have not been to Mass for a long time, this is a good one to attend as there is some wonderful, uplifting singing AND you don't have to cook dinner because the Parish provides it upstairs all for free!! Families sit together (or not) and dinner is done. What a bonus!
