2023 School Photo Day (Monday, 6th March 2023)
Dear Families,
Please see information regarding the OGPS 2023 school photos.
All photos will be purchased online-
Please Note: Portrait and class photos can be ordered after photo day.
To book a family photo you will need to order, pay and book the photo online no later than
Sunday, 5th March @4.30pm. You will not be able to book a family photo after this time and date.
Important Message from Leading Image:
All photos can be ordered prior to photo day.
This will eliminate families paying a higher pack price and postage. ( Packs go up by $5 after the photos have been delivered.
If a parent/guardian orders without seeing the photo and they are not satisfied Leading Image offers a full refund. You will need to return the photos to Leading Image and they will refund them straight away.
Sickbay
Dear Families,
Please be advised if your child attends the sickbay you will be notified via SMS which will outline the reason for your child's attendance at the sickbay.
You will receive a phone call from an OGPS first aid staff member if your child has had any injuries that we believe need more explanation or require collection of the student.

DCS School Uniforms:

The delivery day of uniforms to school is Thursday. Uniforms are delivered to the office and will be sent home with your child.
Uniforms can be posted straight home, but there is a $10 postage fee.

Please do not contact the school office for uniform queries.
We have a rack located in the staffroom, with some sample sizes if you need to try anything on before ordering. The sample rack will be available to look at during school hours (8.30am-4.00pm)

SCHOOL CANTEEN
Lunch Orders are available to order via the FlexiSchools app.
All you need to do is download the FlexiSchools app and register your children.
Lunch orders will be supplied by the local Groove Cafe weekly on a Friday starting this week.
Sentral Absence
Dear Families,
Please see below a step by step guide on how to create a future absence on the Sentral app for your child.
- Click on Absences
- Press the + button at the top right
- Select student
- Select reason for absence
- Select relevant dates
- Include a comment if necessary.
- Click Send
Signing students in/out via the office
Dear Families,
If you need to collect your child early from school please ensure that you contact the teacher via seesaw prior to this appointment so that the teacher can send the child to the office at the appropriate time for collection, and therefore minimise disruptions in the classrooms.
We do understand last minute appointments can arise and we ask that you present at the office where you will be given an early departure slip to take to the classroom teacher to collect your child.
Please see below the new 2023 bell times. If you can collect your child prior to or after recess and lunch it will make collecting your child easier as during break times it is difficult to locate the students while they are playing.
