Welcome Back
It's great to be back for another year at MCC. We trust you had a fantastic holiday break and are now all set for a fantastic year of blessing and fulfilment. Welcome back for another year and a special welcome to the new families in our school community. What a privilege and high calling we have to shape the lives of our children. Our staff count it a privilege to partner with you in this cause. Thank you for the trust you've placed in us.
This newsletter is an essential means of communication between home and school. It will be published every 2-3 weeks and sent out by email. It will also be posted in the Sentral app/portal. Please be sure to read it and keep up with what's going on at school.
We're pleased to welcome a familiar face to our staff in 2023. Sam Mitchell, graduated from MCC in 2014. Since then he has completed further study and spent time in both the navy and the airforce. He also has qualifications in chaplaincy and student counselling. Sam will be working primarily as a classroom aide alongside our secondary teachers but as time goes on we expect he will take on some responsibilities with our primary students as well.
